1. It was premeditated 2. She knew what she was doing and that it was wrong bc she sent her husband on an errand so she’d have access to the kids alone 3. She’s not even remorseful enough to finish the job on herself

It just all seems so dumb to me. Like… of course she has psychosis. She killed her 3 children.
Doesn’t make her not responsible.
What we really need is instead of “not guilty by reason of insanity” its ” guilty by reason of insanity”. And maybe the sentencing factors that in. In this case I’ll say she spends some time in an institute and can never have access to children again.

But “not guilty” just feels so wrong.
