A residents’ briefing session regarding the Yeomchang Park site in Seoul’s Gangseo District on the afternoon of the 11th failed to commence, collapsing before it even began. Residents strongly protested, stating, “The site selection, supply plan, and even the briefing session were all unilaterally communicated without gathering residents’ opinions.”
