    The U.S. refusal to build Korean-designed nuclear reactor and forcing Koreans to use outdated American design is delay investment on the U.S. The U.S. to allow Korea to access profit and ownership generated from investment is another issue. Trump administration insists that Korean companies would be barred from using materials, designs, parts and workers from Korea and forced to use only American ones and denied access to the ownership and profit for their investment
