We are on course but I wouldn’t go by this. 9/11 was the first piece of the puzzle, some would argue events even prior to it were. Then there was Covid which was to see how authoritarian they could get and how much people would comply, which they did ten fold. After that it was Russia invading Ukraine in 2022, then the Israel attack, then the whole Iran conflict. Another big piece is China taking Taiwan. With the news of Xi today I wonder what could potentially happen.
