Honestly, this is pretty much a nothingburger.
Moody’s did downgrade Poland’s sovereign rating by one notch from A2 to A3, but they’d been an outlier for a while. S&P and Fitch have both rated Poland A-(the equivalent notch) since 2018.

PiS spent money on giveaways when it should have been focusing on rearmament. Now the grownups have to deal with an over-extended budget while preparing for Russian aggression.
Can’t blame the credit markets for calling a spade a spade, but it’s infuriating to watch.
