Brazil, Canada, the European Union, and Kenya formed a new UN group called Partners for Multilateralism. This is another angle to Carney’s larger strategy for a middle power coalition.
I’ve seen other articles stating that countries like India are already demonstrating interest.
As an aside, genuinely concerned this guy hasn’t slept at all in the past week. We got a deal with Norway just yesterday, and one with France the day before that.

It’s interesting to me because I think there’s a Canadian tradition of this sort of internationalism. I’m pretty sure this is how landmines got sorted. A new group that was basically a purpose driven side hustle that everyone eventually came around to join.
