Justice is justice. I’m not gonna argue against that. If these men were sentenced to death by a court martial and their death warrants have been signed, then by all means.
But I have just one teeny tiny question. Why is this a thing? This serves the exact same purpose as federal prison death row. Why run this alongside the general public’s court system? Surely that’s not necessary, right? Will someone please explain this to me?
