      The evidence publicly reported does not establish, through a positive ballistic identification, that the bullet that killed Kirk was fired from the recovered rifle.

      He was also threatened to remove Tucker Carlson from his lineup less than 48 hours prior by a massive Jewish donor, which cost him $2 million dollars in donations to TPUSA when he refused.
