Israeli company called Stardust Solutions invested in and re-developed a form of solar geoengineering designed to reflect sunlight away from Earth, the method involves spraying toxic aerosol chemicals in the skies.

Hasn’t this been going on for quite the time now and was always labelled as “chemtrails”? Wondering why this is mainstream news right now, even CNN is admitting it.

Environmental institutes claim it is reckless.

Notice how blocking the sun from humans has been a pretty big conspiracy lately.

As alarming as this is, the title is misleading, as the company has not yet used their technology on the skies (according to your own link).

If this is what chemtrails were, it would be a straightforward hypothesis to test scientifically. You could equip an aircraft with an appropriate aerosol sampling system, collect particles from a suspected plume, and have the samples analyzed using techniques like FTIR spectroscopy. A cursory google search shows that hiring a pilot and renting the equipment for a day would cost like, two to five thousand dollars. As far as material science is concerned, this is chump change.

To be clear, if we pulled the trigger on this right now it would be *insanely* reckless. To my knowledge, we don’t have the data on long term individual and environmental exposure to amorphous silica to make an informed decision on whether or not this is safe. It would be like if Oppenheimer had zero data on the thermal distribution of ongoing fission reactions and said “fuck it, we’ll do it anyway.” From what I can tell, this specific company Stardust isn’t deploying this technology currently, and is still in R&D trying to gather support for the project. I doubt they’re gonna get it.
