The measles outbreak in Pennsylvania? There have been over 4000 reported cases and just 6 deaths, at least one of which had other underlying conditions.
But neither you nor he even says which outbreak you’re referring to and give any reason as to why we should be concerned, or why it would be related to this seemingly completely unrelated Soviet project from the 90s. So yeah, this definitely counts as fear porn.
