To be sung while in D Shower.

. . . I apologize.

AHEM.

Wtf mates.

I just watched that Bob Odinkirk narrated documentary about crazy people and I'll tell you what folks, it hit home.

It's called No One Cares About Crazy People

https://youtu.be/9EyaeIHItS0?si=iOvUqPXxXq3Mozoa

And I'll tell you what folks, I think it's true.

What's it called when it's no longer a conspiracy to do harm to people and it's just accepted by society?

Conformity gone mad? Systemic neglect?

A conspiracy of complacency?

Or have we reached the point where the conspiracy has become so thoroughly accepted that nobody needs to conspire anymore?

Cause I'll tell you what, folks, it takes a village to abandon someone.

*Cough*

Here's the conspiracy for you technical folks:

Why did psychiatric help and in patient help stop right when mkultra did?

HmmmMMMM???

As the British used to say, that is Some weak tea, Mrs Thatcher. Weak tea.

And it scares the hell out of me. Told you it was a song.

    Research “Deinstitutionalization” during the 1960’s.

Yes, mental health care was badly broken back then, but, the “solution” was always going to fail, by design.

It’s not a conspiracy of complacency, it’s to sew chaos in the street and open up new grifts for defrauding the government to address the problem.

This is an easy lesson in how Hegelian Dialectic works, now that the years have passed and the goals have been mostly achieved.

Time tells all truths. And, as time has passed, in retrospect, we can all start to see that allowing those who cannot care for themselves to walk amongst us are truly sewn seeds of chaos, in bloom.

Another sad part about the whole thing is the ancillary fallout that I’m sure some folks got rich with. The chaos turned criminal and the need for incarceration grew to the point of the entry and growth of the Big Industrial Private Prison Complex. But, a prison isn’t an institution. And far from a solution (sticking with your sing-song concept, OP). However, there was always easy resolution on the other side of the noise pollution.

What should have happened and what could have happened is the increase in funding needed to properly operate mental institutions, and public/private oversight to ensure the institutions were run with fiscal responsibility and without need to “volunteer” those folks in their charge to the Big Industrial Pharmaceutical Complex for some nasty paid experiments. And consequences that were severe enough deterrents to stop the abuses going on behind the walls of these places, of both patients and funds.

In the scheme of things, we’re spending more today that we were back then to offer crap care to the mentally afflicted, or give them a jail cell, and, loading up the remaining population with enough nastiness between our food/water/medicines/air, etc. to ensure that the sheer numbers of the afflicted, currently about 1 in 4 of us, continue to grow until we’re all labeled with some kind of deficiency.

And, at that point, they’ll bring back those institutions alright, but, they’re gonna kinda look more like interment camps, busting at the seams with “campers”.
