it never fails to amaze me how little these despots value the life of their own people. Kim knows that his malnourished soldiers are just being thrown at the enemy to die for a marginal advantage that ads up with each wave. Kim doesnt have to worry about internal politics as much as Putin so he can afford to do this while Putin cant.
