Adding amendments to this bill was basically the last chance for Congress to block the schedule F plans from the incoming Trump administration.
Trump will now only need to repeal executive orders made by Biden that protect federal workers. Needing to repeal those protections will only delay the schedule F plans by a matter of months at most.
