    If I’m understanding the argument correctly, because federal law does not specify the rules to determine if a house can be safely serviced and doesn’t explicitly give the USPS that authority, they therefore must service every house, regardless of risk to postal workers?

    It’s an understandable situation for the homeowner, especially if, like he says, improvements have been made since 2017, but like… c’mon man

  2. People who live way out in the sticks and demand the same services as people who live in cities irk me to no end.
