This is a personal philosophy thing and individual choice, not something I feel is relevant really to neoliberalism or politics in general unless you’re hella conservative… if it was “half of all Koreans don’t feel like they can *afford* a family,” that would be relevant and interesting. But *liberalism* means standing up for personal choice.
