Eh….the Hoppe loophole pretty much addresses this. In his proposed, ‘covenant communities’ the land owners would basically all agree to abide by the same criteria of letting anyone, if any at all, into their territory. That is also allowed within the bounds of libertarianism as a voluntarily signed contract doesn’t contradict their principles.
Not a fan of Hoppe’s aims but his reasoning is sound. Its just not a world I want to live in.
