  1. Literally no one in the judicial system has any backbone. Practically an unconditional discharge is just the equivalent to this never happening in the first place. I’ll love to see their exact reasoning for it if it ends up being the sentencing decision. Probably essentially some version of being elected president means you’re a divine figure representing the glorious collective mind of the highly rational Great American People
