God I really hope Milei’s allies are able to secure a Legislative majority in this year’s midterm elections. Because then he can quadruple down on his pro-market reforms (which are more than succeeding so far). If he gets to continue his reforms, Milei will have shown a modern-day example of how a nation can rapidly transition from a economically declining, high inflation statist economy to a market-based economy on the trajectory to solid growth & poverty reduction.
