  2. The article notes that OPM has the power to reclassify employees into schedule F counterparts (giving Trump greater ability to fire and remove them). But unmentioned by *Wired*, OPM exerts significant control over [administrative law judges](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administrative_law_judge):

    [Administrative law](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administrative_law) seems to deal with rules implemented by the executive branch:

    Basically, Musk now has sway over the enforcement of regulations.
