Trump Administration start deporting aliens/students based on their pro-Hamas speech, and we'll get a clear answer from the Supreme Court, but we don't have a clear answer, so far.

Pretty fucking clear. Freedom of speech is guaranteed to every single person in the United States, citizen or not. Because the 1st amendment does not guarantee free speech to citizens, but prohibits congress from abridging it entirely.

    >Oh but this isn’t congress! This is the executive branch!

The executive branch can only enforce such laws, and exercise such powers, as legislated by Congress.

If you want to see how slippery this slope gets [a man in NJ has been denied a renewal on his CCL over pro-Hamas speech](https://www.msn.com/en-us/politics/government/nj-attorney-says-pro-palestinian-politics-led-to-denial-of-gun-permit/ar-AA1wfJk9).

It is your right to use your free speech to support Hamas, or the IRA, or the Contras, or Al-Qaeda, or Russia, or the CIA, or any other terrorist organization.

Now if you provide *material* support, that is different. But if your support for them is limited to speech and expression, that is free speech, and that is your right.
