      So Bannon’s thesis is, Trump wants:
      1. Economic integration between Canada, USA and Mexico
      2. The ability to secure the Canadian north from incursions from Russia and China

      Frankly, this seems wholly achievable within the existing economic and military frameworks between these nations. Namely, USMCA and NORAD. I imagine Trump might want to expand NORAD to include naval cooperation as well.
