Seems like a good, but not incredible report. Housing costs are still the biggest driver of inflation, which the fed isn’t helping by keeping rates high, and insurance costs continue to rise.
Sub 3% headline is nice, we should see a bigger drop in the next two months as the Sept and Oct prints were pretty high last year.
