Using FlightRadar’s playback feature, This is the only private jet I saw leave Bucharest within an hour and a half of 3 gmt, which the article says they left shortly after. It’s from a different airport and didn’t leave till 4:04 gmt, but is headed toward the US and is as I write this is over the Atlantic
