    They’re citing the anti-commandeering doctrine, for those who are wondering. And it’s actually an argument that maybe stands a chance in this iteration of SCOTUS, given it sounds pretty similar to the reasoning they used to kill the Medicaid expansion mandate in NFIB v. Sebelius; legal experts, please do weigh in. If you or you child are disabled, and you aren’t wealthy, you might be in for tough times.
