I’m curious as to what everyone here thinks of this response I was given on federal mandates in an industry

I’m a pilot and a I’m a libertarian, too. I agree with the response. While there is much room for improvement in the government-run systems, the standardization does make U.S. airspace some of the safest in the world. I’m not saying the level of government standardization in aviation is without its flaws or should apply to anything else at all, but I think it works for the most part.
