Unless the contents of the call that got the electricity export tariffs called off and tomorrow’s meeting were “We have a team of snipers trained on you 24/7, kneel down and kiss the ring” I can only see this as a sign that those tariffs are back up by Friday at the latest.
Trump and Putin have accomplished or appear to be making progress in achieving many of their goals:
* Sweden joining NATO
* Finland joining NATO
* Canada electing another Liberal prime minister this year even though the Conservatives had been favored to win
* The EU arming up and treating Russia as an opponent
* The UK moving closer to the EU after Brexit
* Zelensky’s popularity increasing at home
Oh, wait a minute. They didn’t want any of those things, did they?
