>- 500,000 deaths from lack of vaccines
>- 550,000 deaths from lack of food aid
>- 290,000 deaths from malaria
>- 310,000 deaths from TB
This is 3.3 million deaths overall, for just one year. That’s over 9000 people dying horribly every day. It’s probably not constructive to compare this to other atrocities, but if we assume a constant rate of death, then by the end of the first hundred days of this presidency, the death toll will have exceeded that of the Rwandan Genocide. What we are beginning to witness has the chance to become one of the worst atrocities in history, if it is allowed to continue.
