Very funny that Russia is somehow seen as a bastion of conservatism in the west. Yeah, there’s anti gay laws but it’s one of the least religious countries in the world. Abortion is widely available for women (for now). Islam is respected by Russian leadership. Divorce is extremely common in Russia. Immigration to Russia is very easy and by and large from the Muslim majority central Asian countries. There’s still traditional gender roles but it’s breaking down as the late millennial/post soviet birth cohort ages
I guess it’s just how Vova portrays himself based on who he is targeting for propaganda
