There’s not really much of a reason to separate kids sports into genders outside of change rooms since most sex differences don’t matter until they’re pubescent, I don’t see the problem

Why are we defending looking at children’s genitalia to play a sport?
You can be against biological males playing in female leagues without advocating for this
