I posted about it in the DT, but

    >Even today, the party remains too focused on personal identity and on Americans’ differences — by race, gender, sexuality and religion — rather than our shared values.

is an insane thing to write as the Trump administration is waging a war on anything and everything that celebrates the accomplishments and contributions made by any who isn’t a straight white male and the American public just shrugs

Anyone noticed there’s an inverse relationship between the amount of “aaa dems aaaa” articles and this lil chart here?

And the reason is obvious – the article goes as far as admitting it. They don’t want dems to wait and see how the wind looks in 2026, they want them to make decisions now in a panic.

  3. Here’s the summary:

Doubling down and hammering that “if we only improve messaging” is dumb and leads nowhere.

    Steps to take to recovery:

    – First, throw Biden under the bus, long overdue. Admit the party fucked up and regain a modicum of credibility

    – Second, deal with the fact that Americans aren’t as far socially left as Dems mainline platform. Tone down the obsession with identity politics

    – Three, loudly roll out new ideas ( e.g. abundance) and show how to execute them, at state, city level, not just talk about it
