I heard this called supply-side progressivism.
Its looks promising but it kind of needs to branch out more from housing and develop even more broader ideas in order to actually becoming anything more than 21st centuries version of Georgism.
Finding political champions that could adopt said policies is also a must need to give the movement some steam and they probably should be of the younger variety.

It has come to my attention that those solar panels were built without getting buy-in from all 20 +/- 5 nonprofits, NGOs, and activist groups active in this city.

Can we actually please stop labeling everything as neoliberalism, a very unpopular nomenclature, especially when they aren’t necessarily neoliberal at all.
