It’s time to enforce secondary tariffs on Russia. They cannot be allowed to defy the ultimatums of our magnificent eminence Trump by refusing to come to the table for negotiations. Our Supreme Excellency needs Russia and Ukraine to make a peace deal so he can win the Nobel Prize in time for the 2028 election.
