Concerning as these efforts are, they also seem extremely futile.
As of right now, unless there are several extremely specific polling errors, there is basically no realistic scenario where Georgia is the tipping point state. If Kamala wins Georgia, she has almost certainly won the *much* more Dem-leaning Rustbelt and Sunbelt.
If that happens, we’ll be looking at a 2020 scenario where impotent temper tantrums and legal actions go nowhere in Georgia because any attempts to delay certification won’t matter and can’t change the outcome. Republicans have been planning for 4 years how to do 2020 better, but their state level losses (especially in 2022) have led to a scenario where Georgia is the only swing state they have a tight grip on (and NC, but if that falls, Harris has won full stop).
