Editorializing: I find this to be a horrible miscarriage of justice. Anyone who has seen the video knows that they killed him. When the video came out, I remember watching a video where a true blue former cop YouTuber said as much.
They had him down and they beat him and kicked him and then he died.
I don’t know what else to say. Absolutely horrific.

Not even a misconduct charge stuck. Five officers were involved in the incident, I imagine the defense lawyers skillfully connected the 2 who pleaded guilty to the criminal actions as opposed to the 3 who stood trial.
