I mean kind of weird but I don’t see why this is particularly morally abhorrent or something? If she is legal dead is any harm being done? There is certainly a loss of post mortem bodily autonomy, but the family wants the baby anyway.
I don’t see how this is in anyway somehow worse than forcing living people to carry a fetus to term.
