Success comes largely from brownfield development/turning industrial zones into dense areas
I’m not sure any cities have really cracked the nut on turning suburbs into dense housing, so until that nut gets cracked I think the major focus should be identifying areas with no housing that can become high density housing

There should simply be no government restrictions on density. It’s a matter of property rights, being they one of the foundations of liberal democracy
