RealPage isn’t a price fixing application, but it does allow for landlords to make more informed decisions when it comes to pricing.
As it turns out, the most informed decision is to charge the absolute maximum people are willing to pay, to the point where all advancements from population growth, technology, and nature are completely monopolized by the landowner.
If only there was some guy from San Francisco that could have seen this coming.

From a Reddit perspective, this is a good thing because a lot of people claimed this was used to fix prices and was anti-competitive, if prices don’t go down, we’ll know those people were full of shit.
