
The conditions include the classification of farm attacks as a priority crime; a clear and unequivocal public condemnation by the ANC of Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer, whether used in song or any other context; and the exclusion of US entities from all broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) requirements.
Any race-based legislation that may constitute a non-tariff trade barrier should not apply to US entities, they said.

To be clear: the White House hasn’t released a statement.
The three delegates have instead claimed that the White House gave them these conditions to relay to President Ramaphosa.
The delegates were not travelling as representatives of the government but in their own capacity. They lead organisations which they feel gives them legitimacy to speak on behalf of Afrikaners as a group, including the Freedom Front Plus party.
I hate this tendency of the WH of using trade as a weapon to meddle in other countries domestic policies, it feels like they are exporting the Culture War overseas with their bs.
