Punishing this level of lazy entitled hubris is a existential priority for Democratic politics

  2. It seems like these national Dems endorsed the last minute cause they thought his campaign was in major trouble

Just a horrible campaign. However you feel about Zohran (and believe me I have many criticisms from his pretty damn tonedeaf answer on that phrase and a good part of his economic policies), he did come across as a “happy warrior” with charisma who was extremely accessible while Cuomo just ran a lazy campaign of “I’m experienced, I’m extremely pro-Israel (at a time where Israel’s image among Dem voters is plummeting unfortunately) and I’m not a socialist” while not even addressing his gigantic scandals in a slightly effective way

    >One adviser regretfully compared how New Yorkers pick their mayor to testing, smelling, squeezing fruit at the store.

    >“You have to be able to touch it,” the adviser said. “It’s not going to happen from behind a glass box.”

Weird, I didn’t think lack of touching would be a problem

Anyone who supported either Adams’ or Cuomo’s run should have absolutely nothing to say about how “Mamdani will damage the democratic image”

As Buttigieg has said, when the ruling class has no ideology they instead of leading merely rule, and the masses without an ideology, will start to take interest in all sorts of morbid ideologies
