Do Democrats understand Logic? Capping the amount of money Students can borrow forces the Colleges to lower cost. And it prevents Students from being scammed by the Colleges by placing a limit instead of borrowing an infinite amount putting you in debt.

No it doesn’t, it just ensures law remains unavailable to the working classes.

They either won’t be able to finish or have to borrow more money from other sources. The colleges already have the demand, why would they change the price?
