They share the same Abrahamic blood line. It splits with Ishmael being born with Hagar, a servant for Sarah(Abrahamāa wife). Abraham slept with Hagar, produced Ishmael(Islam).
Later Sarah had Issac(Judaism and Christianity) and he was part of the bloodline to Jesus Christ.
