If there’s a cost involved to getting that license, then that’s a definite no.

I did always think it would be interesting to have some sort of test for people before they can vote. if we just had one single question as they’re walking into vote, “name three presidential candidates on the ballot,” that right there would eliminate quite a few uninformed people.
