note that data for the first quarter of 2025 is provisional, but revisions are usually small

this is general fertility rate( GFR) ,meaning number of births in a year for all women age 15-44
Total fertility rate(TFR) is calculated from GFR, but the proportions stay the same( ex: if white GFR is 10% higher than black GFR, then white TFR is also 10% higher than black GFR)

If an Hispanic hasĀ kid with a white woman, the kid is hispanic or white?
If an Hispanic has a kid with a black woman, the kid is hispanic or black?
I can see european and africans are easy to define. ButĀ Hispanic is a culture, not a race
