This is the same argument they used to justify Slavery in 1860. The same people who cry about stolen land are crying about using low income foreigners being kicked out and to do the work they are too lazy to do. Americans always need jobs. And Democrats don’t want to pay Americans $15 a hour to do these jobs. They would rather take people who pay $5 a hour.
If you say this while asking for a higher minimum wage, then you are not, in fact, a supporter of slavery. If you own a business and pay under the table less than minimum wage, it is. The simple act of migrating is NOT slavery. The simple act of employing a migrant is NOT slavery.
