explanations:

* the graphs are not mine, they are a summary of data collected by a colaboration of OSINT researchers using available satelite data for all Russian storage bases
* worse category of equipment includes even tanks and IFVs without turrets, as long as they don’t look completely discarded( example: vegetation growing out of turrets
* the data concerns only equipment stored in open storage, but that is over 90% of equipment as garages are very small compared to the overall size of bases
