    Democrats are facing a major uphill battle unless they start running a lot more hardcore moderate (actually moderate, not just “not fully progressive” style “moderate”) blue dog types who can significantly overperform regular democratic performances

    Also it seems a little too soon to be labelling Maine as a likely D flip, given Collins’s overperformances and the lack of any polls so far that can suggest her overperformances are going to decrease

  3. No point getting hyped about a senate flip now, really really can’t see it unless there is a BIG scandal.

    This does remind me though. Why is the Florida Democratic party so bad? How has it been so bad for so long without a major restructure?
