Beijing’s South China Sea Campaign of Intimidation Has Run Aground

I read or heard something somewhere about Vietnam’s evolving stance towards PRC irregular warfare tactics: apparently Vietnam had once cosigned or openly supported the Philippines in international bodies, but that is no longer the case. I wonder how the PRC’s strategy will evolve as it continues economic integration with South East Asia
