I’m going to go with this. I think most reasonable people can see this administration is highly vulnerable to unrealistic flattery. It doesn’t matter if the deal doesn’t make sense, the big man loves to make them.
It’s like Dr. Evil when he goes back to the 60s and demands 100 Billion Dollars.

Curious, would nuclear power plants “count” under this framework? Westinghouse is signing agreements for new builds in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
