Despite I agree that limits are important, the age as well, and he is quite old himself. 80+ yo guy who is 5 years in the government might be more problematic than a 60 yo who started around 20s.

Not to pour scorn on the stable genius, but framing it in the way he has, those people would be more like Lords and Ladies.
The king (or Queen) is the singular ruler of a country. Unless you can name a monarchy that has more than one recognised king.
Term limits are a different thing and should be applied to Congress and the supreme Court as it is the presidency. What you really don’t want is it going the other way and the term limit being removed for the president.
It’s not about quantity but quality and Trump doesn’t have that either.
