SS at first glance this tinfoil structure looks pretty rickety .
Somehow it carried enough rocket fuel to slow its velocity from 5600 km/h which is about 1900 meter per second !
Like if you tried to visualize how fast that is it’s crazy.
Then it took off again from the moon and accelerated back up to 5600 km/h to rendezvous with the orbiter then fly back to Earth
6 times it worked flawlessly and then never again.
It looks like if you have a project for science fair but do not start working on it until the night before it is due.
